Ariel Glazer

Barn Manager & Rider

Ariel’s equestrian journey began in New Jersey, where she rode Western as a kid. In 2005, she made the move to Wellington, Florida, which introduced her to a whole new world of riding—a shift that ignited her passion for the sport.

At 16, Ariel landed her first working student position with Susan Humes, marking the beginning of her professional path in the equestrian world. While attending Florida Atlantic University, Ariel helped establish the Equestrian Team, blending her love for horses with her academic pursuits.

After earning an art degree, Ariel worked for top professionals in the industry, including Todd Minikus and Leslie Howard, and spent over seven months working in Holland. These experiences deepened her knowledge of horsemanship and equestrian training.

Now, with over five years working alongside Laura Bowery at Sea-Aire, Ariel has honed her skills as both a rider and barn manager. Much of Ariel’s early riding was self-taught, but it was the years of grooming and working her way up that she truly learned the nuances of horsemanship and horse care—lessons that continue to influence her approach today.

Ariel firmly believes that groundwork and basic training are crucial to a horse’s success. Ariel’s years of experience as a groom further solidified the importance of high-quality care in the barn. She knows that a horse’s behavior, mood, and health at home will always translate into their performance in the ring.

Whether through her focus on groundwork or her commitment to exceptional horse care, Ariel brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to everything she does at Sea-Aire, Inc.
